How we use your information

Friends of Lower Field is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at friendsoflowerfield@gmail.com.

Survey responses

We use survey responses to understand how the site has been used, protect public access and inform planning, communications and related campaign work. Our basis for using general survey information is our legitimate interest in carrying out this work.

General survey responses can be anonymous. Where you give permission to be contacted, we use your name and email only to follow up about your experience. We keep contact details separately from the main survey evidence. We will not turn your response into a formal witness statement or publish your identity without speaking to you first.

Email updates

We send email updates only where you have actively asked to receive them. Consent to email updates is separate from permission to contact you about a survey response. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

Who processes the information

Supabase and Netlify process information on our behalf to run and store the website, survey, news and mailing list. We do not sell personal information or share it with other organisations for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep survey information while it remains relevant to the future of Lower Field, public access and any related formal process. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. We will review the information periodically and remove it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, restrict how it is used, or withdraw consent for email updates. Contact us using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
